We collect only what is needed to operate checkout, rankings, moderation, security, and receipts.
Data we process
We store submitted URLs, public page metadata, bid and order references, checkout email addresses, moderation records, and aggregated click counts. Short-lived hashed network fingerprints prevent repeated clicks and checkout abuse; raw card data never touches our servers.
Service providers
Polar processes payments and acts as merchant of record. Neon hosts leaderboard data, Vercel hosts the application, and Resend delivers transactional email. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention
Public listing and transaction records are retained while the board operates and as required for tax, fraud, dispute, and accounting obligations. Deduplication fingerprints are non-reversible hashes and may be periodically deleted.

To request access, correction, or deletion where legally available, email support@justoutbid.lol. Financial and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained.
