These terms govern paid listings on Just Outbid. They are a launch-ready template and should be reviewed for your operating entity and jurisdiction before production payments are enabled.
The service
Just Outbid sells placement on a public leaderboard. Placement is dynamic and depends on completed bids from all participants. We do not promise traffic, clicks, sales, or a particular duration at any rank.
Payments
Polar Software, Inc. acts as merchant of record for checkout, tax, receipts, disputes, and payment processing. You authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout. Paid placements are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law or Polar policy requires otherwise.
Your listing
You confirm that you control or are authorized to promote the submitted destination and that it complies with our rules. You grant us permission to display its name, public metadata, URL, bid amount, and click metrics.
Moderation and availability
We may hide, reject, or remove unsafe or rule-breaking listings. We may change or discontinue the service, but will not intentionally manipulate paid ranking outside the published rules.
